Create your CV using Adobe Indesign or Photoshop - if you are confident in your abilities, you will still get much better results - or with Word if that is your only option. Always keep in mind the rule of readability of your CV!
Have someone outside proofread your work to avoid both typos and overly emphatic turns of phrase that could penalize you during the interview.
Final checks before you start
With your CV in hand, you are about to approach all the companies in the sector. But are you really ready? We asked our distinguished colleague Thomas Gadroy to complete our to-do list for the ideal intern, based on his personal experience:
Create or update your LinkedIn: a clean photo, a quick but engaging description, an up-to-date CV, you don't necessarily need more when you're a student, but it's a minimum!
Take one of the many free certifications available on the net ( SEMrush Academy , Hubspot or Google Analytics certifications, etc.) and add them to your CV. For a professional, these certifications have a certain value and demonstrate your motivation to work in the sector.
Write an email or cover letter that at least cyprus number data mentions the name of the company you want to join, so as not to come across as one of those marketing tourists who chose this field of study more by default than by vocation.
Highlight a personal project related to your request, a blog, a website, even an Instagram/Pinterest account, etc.

You will find the ideal company
Take our word for it, there are a few French and international companies where you don't want to work in the marketing department, let alone be an intern. A quick look at Glassdoor can be essential when selecting companies that might be willing to host you.
